Territory Manager - Pharmaceutical Sales (Scotland & Ireland)

About the role

This high‑impact position combines strategic influence with hands‑on engagement to grow market share for a leading pharmaceutical portfolio across Scotland and Ireland. You will work with hospitals and primary‑care settings, building trusted relationships and driving adoption of products that improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets across hospital and primary‑care accounts.
• Engage healthcare professionals through face‑to‑face and virtual meetings to influence prescribing decisions.
• Maximise hospital distribution at optimal pricing, focusing on procurement pharmacists and key decision‑makers.
• Promote newly licensed products by highlighting clinical and economic benefits.
• Analyse sales data, use CRM tools effectively, and develop business plans for the territory.
• Develop strong connections with KOLs, CCGs, and policy influencers.
• Ensure all promotional activity complies with ABPI and company standards.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry with an ABPI qualification.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities.
• Ability to work across primary and secondary care environments.
• Based in or near Scotland with flexibility to travel to Ireland.
• Full UK driving licence.
