Thursday Events Representative – Southern UK & Wales

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Thursday Events Representatives across Southern UK and Wales. In this role you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring events run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Scan tickets and manage entry at the door
• Welcome guests and make a great first impression
• Answer guest questions and provide information
• Create a friendly, relaxed environment
• Support and occasionally host parts of events such as quizzes or themed nights
• Assist with overall event flow and logistics

Required profile

• Friendly, approachable and well‑organized
• Confident when dealing with groups of people
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable taking the lead when needed
