TikTok Content Creator – Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative communicator to bring itsu’s brand to life on TikTok. Reporting to the Social Media Manager, the TikTok Content Creator will shape the channel’s voice, produce engaging videos and interact with the community across both itsu grocery and retail restaurant divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Create short‑form content (voice‑overs, images, video) for TikTok, both on‑camera and behind‑the‑scenes.
• Develop and execute a weekly TikTok content plan in line with the overall social strategy.
• Storyboard, film, edit and publish videos, collaborating with the Social Media Manager.
• Monitor TikTok algorithm updates and emerging trends to keep content fresh.
• Report on performance metrics and insights during monthly social meetings.
• Identify, onboard and maintain relationships with external creators, agencies and influencers.
• Coordinate with international teams for TikTok activities outside the UK.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
• Interest in building a distinct brand voice on a fast‑growing platform.

Required skills

• Video editing for short‑form content.
• Proficiency with TikTok’s creation tools and platform features.

• Ability to track and analyse social media algorithms and trends.
