Till Operator – London Stadium (Casual)

About the role

We are looking for a casual Till Operator to join our team at London Stadium. In this fast‑paced hospitality environment you will be the front‑line face of our concessions, delivering first‑class guest service during the busy summer concert and sporting season.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a positive guest experience, promote special offers and upsell food and beverage items.
• Accurately handle cash and card transactions using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Keep the till area tidy, organised and well‑stocked throughout each shift.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet sales targets and uphold Delaware North standards.

Required profile

• No prior experience or formal qualifications required.
• Physically able to stand for the duration of a shift and handle alcohol and meat products.
• Available to work flexible, part‑time shifts throughout the summer season.
• Resilient, reliable and eager to learn in a dynamic team environment.
