TPA Property Claims Technician

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Property Claims Technician to join our TPA division. You will manage a portfolio of household, high‑net‑worth, commercial property and real‑estate claims, ensuring each case progresses smoothly to settlement while delivering first‑class service to insurers, policyholders and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end claims processing for residential and commercial property portfolios.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and settlement recommendations for insurers.
• Liaise with policyholders, adjusters, contractors and other stakeholders to gather information and resolve issues.
• Maintain client‑specific service level agreements and ensure timely case closure.
• Collaborate closely with a national team of field adjusters.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication skills for report preparation.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.
• Experience in property insurance claims handling is preferred.
