Trade Mark Paralegal – 12‑Month Contract – London/Hybrid

About the role

We are supporting a leading London law firm that requires an experienced Trade Mark Paralegal on a 12‑month contract, with the possibility of extension. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work both from the office and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain trade mark portfolios for a diverse client base.
• Draft and send correspondence to clients and the Intellectual Property Office (IPO).
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and IPO enquiries.
• Prepare and file trade mark applications in accordance with statutory requirements.
• Maintain the firm’s document management system (DMS) and ensure accurate client records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a trade mark support or paralegal role.
• Possession of the CITMA qualification is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
