About the role
Join Howdens Joinery as a Trade Sales and Service Apprentice and start a hands‑on career in a busy depot environment. You will work directly with trade customers, learn the product range and develop the skills needed for future sales and depot leadership roles.
Key responsibilities
- Serve trade customers face‑to‑face and over the phone.
- Build relationships and support sales activities.
- Learn Howdens’ product range, including kitchens, joinery and materials.
- Assist with stock control and deliveries.
- Develop confidence working in a fast‑paced depot setting.
Required profile
- Positive attitude and strong potential – experience not required.
- Friendly, confident and eager to learn.
- Reliable, organised and looking for a long‑term career.
Required skills
What we offer
- £16,686 annual salary plus team incentives.
- Level 2 Trade Supplier Apprenticeship lasting 12–15 months.
- Support to achieve Maths & English qualifications if needed.
