Trading Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised, process‑driven Trading Manager to support and optimise our Trading team. You will work closely with multiple trading functions, lead a small admin team and ensure that all trading processes run efficiently and accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop two Trading Admin assistants.
• Map and document all key activities within the Trading function.
• Integrate and manage online and European product lines.
• Collaborate with Buying, Artwork and Design teams.
• Review and re‑map workflows where needed.
• Create a standard suite of forms, ideally using Business Central (BC).
• Maintain and update sales packs for the Sales division.
• Manage customer requirements and ensure showroom readiness.
• Support data recording for legislative compliance.
• Provide regular status reports to the Head of Trading.

Required profile

• Experience with Business Central (BC).
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Highly organised with a focus on “right first time” accuracy.
• Ability to constructively challenge requirements while collaborating.
• Understanding of the broader business picture and objectives.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
