About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Trainee Business Analyst programme. The role combines structured training with hands‑on experience, preparing you for a career as a junior Business Analyst in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Complete four internationally recognised Business Analysis certifications (e.g., BCS Business Analysis Foundation).
• Participate in case studies and simulated projects to develop analytical thinking.
• Assist senior analysts with data gathering, documentation and solution evaluation.
• Prepare reports and support change‑management activities under supervision.

Required profile

• Strong interest in problem solving and analysing business processes.
• Good administrative abilities and clear written communication.
• Willingness to study and pass certification exams.
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel).
