Trainee Business Analyst – Entry Level with Training

About the role

This Trainee Business Analyst programme is aimed at candidates who enjoy problem solving, analysing organisational issues and want to start a career in business analysis. You will receive a structured training pathway, up to four internationally recognised qualifications and dedicated placement support to help you secure an entry‑level position in the UK market.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior analysts in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Support the analysis of existing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Help prepare simple data reports and visualisations.
• Participate in change‑management activities and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
• Contribute to the creation of user stories, process maps and test cases.
• Attend training sessions and complete certification exams.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset and genuine interest in business analysis.
• Good administrative and organisational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivation to study for and pass recognised BA qualifications.
• No prior business analyst experience required; eligibility to work in the UK.
