Trainee Business Analyst – Training & Placement Program

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Trainee Business Analyst programme. The role combines structured training, internationally recognised qualifications and dedicated placement support to launch a career as a junior Business Analyst.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a four‑exam training programme covering core Business Analysis concepts.
• Assist senior analysts with data gathering, documentation and basic analysis tasks.
• Support change‑management and project‑management activities under supervision.
• Prepare and maintain project artefacts such as requirements logs and process maps.
• Participate in mock interviews and CV/LinkedIn reviews to prepare for job applications.

Required profile

• Strong interest in problem solving and business analysis.
• Excellent administrative and communication abilities.
• Motivation to achieve recognised Business Analysis certifications.
• No prior Business Analyst experience required – entry‑level candidates welcome.
