Key responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Support senior analysts in documenting requirements and creating solution proposals.

• Participate in training modules and pass required certification exams.
• Prepare CVs, LinkedIn profiles and interview materials with guidance from recruitment consultants.

• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good administrative and organisational capabilities.
• Motivation to pursue a career in business analysis and willingness to study for certifications.
