Join Listers' CUPRA dealership in Coventry as a Trainee CUPRA Sales Specialist. You will learn how to match customers with the perfect CUPRA vehicle, guiding them through financing, contracts, and post‑sale care to ensure a premium experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a bespoke, high‑end customer experience, highlighting CUPRA features and benefits.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads for new and pre‑owned CUPRA models.
• Source quality pre‑owned CUPRA vehicles from multiple channels.
• Maintain showroom presentation to brand standards.
• Act as the single point of contact for customers throughout their lifecycle.
• Represent the CUPRA brand as an ambassador and engage with the CUPRA Tribe.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering an exclusive customer experience.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and work independently.
• Valid UK driver’s licence.
• Motivation to build a career in the automotive industry.
• Previous premium retail experience is a plus, but not required.
