Trainee Dispense Technician

About the role

City Dispense is seeking a motivated individual to join its technical team as a Trainee Dispense Technician. This full‑time permanent position offers a structured training programme that will equip you with the skills needed to install, service and maintain beverage dispense equipment across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Assist experienced engineers with the installation, servicing and maintenance of beverage dispense systems.
• Learn to diagnose technical faults and carry out repairs on‑site.
• Perform planned maintenance and respond to reactive breakdowns.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing the company at client locations.
• Maintain tools, equipment and company vehicles to high standards.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence with no more than three penalty points.
• Practical, technically‑minded approach to problem solving.
• Interest in DIY, plumbing, engineering or general maintenance work.
• Strong attention to detail and professional communication with customers.
• Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
