Key responsibilities

• Contact previous and current clients to discuss opportunities LRG can offer.
• Showcase excellent customer service skills and build rapport with customers.
• Process online applications and convert them into appointments or leads for local branches.
• Assist in the sales process by promoting products/services and identifying upselling or cross‑selling opportunities.
• Work towards achieving KPIs set by managers.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
• Ability to educate customers on a range of LRG services.
