About the role

This traineeship is designed for individuals with no prior health and safety experience who want to start a career as a Health and Safety Manager. The programme combines online learning, certification and practical risk‑assessment work, culminating in a guaranteed placement.

Key responsibilities

• Complete the IOSH Managing Safely course to understand risk assessment and legal duties.
• Achieve the NEBOSH General Certificate covering workplace hazards and safety legislation.
