Trainee Mortgage Advisor

About the role

Finlink Ltd is expanding its mortgage and protection advice team and is looking for ambitious individuals from fast‑paced sales backgrounds to join as Trainee Mortgage Advisors. This full‑time, on‑site role offers a clear pathway from training to a qualified adviser position, with the chance to start advising customers quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Speak with customers about their mortgage and protection needs.
• Build relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Manage enquiries, convert opportunities and meet sales targets.
• Follow a structured training and development programme.
• Work to FCA standards and company processes.

Required profile

• Experience in a fast‑paced, target‑driven sales environment such as telecoms, car sales, lettings or estate agency.
• Strong commercial drive, resilience and ambition to progress in a financial services career.
• Either already hold CeMAP Level 1 or be prepared to fund and complete it before starting.

Required skills

• CeMAP Level 1 (or commitment to obtain it).
