About the role
Join an award‑winning mortgage and insurance broker as a Trainee Mortgage and Protection Adviser. You will work from our Fareham office, receiving full support from management and administration while completing industry‑recognised qualifications.
Key responsibilities
- Provide mortgage and protection advice to clients under supervision.
- Assist senior advisers with client enquiries and paperwork.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programmes.
- Work towards obtaining CeMAP and other mortgage advice qualifications.
Required profile
- Previous experience in banking, sales, customer service or hospitality is desirable.
- Motivation to build a career in financial advice.
- CeMAP qualification is advantageous but not essential.
Required skills
What we offer
- Starting salary of £25,000 plus bonuses.
- Realistic first‑year OTE of £40,000+, rising to £50,000+ in year two.
