Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor

About the role

This is a full‑time Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor position based in Canterbury. The role is designed for a CeMAP‑qualified individual who wants to launch or accelerate a career in mortgage and protection advice within a leading UK property services group.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with estate‑agency colleagues and generate new business referrals.
• Guide customers through the mortgage and protection application process, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Develop advisory knowledge through coaching, training and on‑the‑job learning.
• Meet performance targets while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Required profile

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Motivated, ambitious and eager to grow in financial services.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
