About the role

Join Connells Group’s Bairstow Eves branch in Caterham as a Qualified Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor. This full‑time position offers industry‑leading training, high‑quality leads and a clear pathway to a successful career in mortgage and protection advice.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues to generate new business.
• Support customers throughout the mortgage and protection process, from application to completion.
• Develop advisory skills through coaching, training and continuous learning.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance targets.

Required profile

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ambitious, motivated and eager to develop a career in financial services.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
