Trainee Paraplanner – Up to £38k Salary & Study Support

About the role

We are an independent financial advice firm in Harrow looking for a motivated Trainee Paraplanner. You will work alongside experienced advisers and paraplanners, gaining hands‑on experience while studying for the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.

Key responsibilities

• Research pensions, investments and protection products.
• Assist in preparing suitability reports and recommendations.
• Gather client information, analyse financial data and produce review documentation.
• Liaise with providers to obtain policy details.
• Support advisers throughout the advice process and attend client meetings.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an IFA or financial‑planning environment, preferably in administration.
• Committed to studying for the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
• Strong organisational, analytical and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• A genuine ambition to build a long‑term career in financial planning.
