Trainee Property Paralegal – Residential & Commercial Conveyancing

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Trainee Property Paralegal to join our Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Property teams in Coventry city centre. This full‑time permanent position offers a supportive environment to develop a long‑term career in conveyancing.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to fee earners across Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Property.
• Liaise with clients by phone, email and face‑to‑face.
• Operate the legal case management system and access the Land Registry portal.
• Open files, copy and scan legal documents.

Required profile

• At least 12 months’ experience supporting a conveyancing or commercial property team.
• Experience using a legal case management system.
• Law degree preferred.
• Strong desire to build a career in conveyancing.
• Excellent communication and client‑care skills.
