About the role

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source and headhunt education professionals.
• Interview and qualify candidates for teaching and support roles.
• Build and develop relationships with schools throughout London.
• Negotiate placements and close deals to meet performance targets.
• Manage your own client portfolio and earn commission on successful placements.

Required profile

• Strong graduate or individual with a background in sales or competitive environments.
• Resilient, target‑driven and confident under pressure.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
