About the role

Eurobase People is looking for a motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join its tech‑focused recruitment team in Chelmsford. You will receive hands‑on training from day one and work alongside senior consultants in a fast‑paced sales environment.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing top‑tier tech talent to closing placements.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, acting as a trusted career advisor.
• Support client organisations by matching skilled professionals with suitable opportunities.
• Stay up‑to‑date with IT industry trends and understand what drives different sectors.
• Develop confidence and sales skills in a high‑energy environment.

Required profile

• Recent high‑calibre graduate or candidate with experience in a target‑driven sales setting.
• Inquisitive, energetic and commercially curious.
• Strong communicator with genuine interest in people.
• Ambitious, competitive and motivated by high performance.
• Resilient, proactive and ready to be challenged.
