Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Tech Industry

About the role

This is a full‑time trainee position supporting a global technology recruitment specialist. You will help connect top digital talent with leading businesses across the UK, Europe and the USA, working within the Digital, Data, Cloud and IT Sales sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Source and qualify candidates for open vacancies.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with both candidates and client companies.
• Conduct market mapping and prospect new business opportunities.
• Work towards monthly revenue and promotion targets.
• Maintain and update the candidate database.
• Develop subject‑matter expertise within your assigned specialism.

Required profile

• Minimum 2:1 degree or 12 months of sales experience.
• Strong desire to progress and achieve targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Resilience, strong work ethic and ability to handle pressure.
