About the role

Key responsibilities

• Identify and maximise business opportunities, advertise properties and arrange viewings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service both over the phone and face‑to‑face.
• Achieve personal and branch sales targets and build relationships with developers and the local community.
• Act as the communication link between client and vendor, ensuring accurate information flow.
• Prepare accurate property details and maintain precise data entry throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Motivated, enthusiastic and career‑driven with a strong desire to succeed in estate agency.
• Excellent sales ability and high level of customer service skills.
• Positive telephone manner, tenacity and self‑starter attitude.
