Trainee Software Developer – Paid Training Programme

About the role

This is a structured coding programme designed for individuals with little or no prior programming experience. Over a period of 3‑4 months you will study online, build a portfolio and, upon successful completion, be placed in an entry‑level software development role.

Key responsibilities

• Complete online training modules covering HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python and cloud fundamentals.
• Build a portfolio website project to demonstrate practical skills.
• Participate in mentorship and tutoring sessions throughout the course.
• Secure and start an entry‑level development placement, contributing to codebases, fixing bugs and supporting website administration.

Required profile

• Motivation to start a career in technology, even without previous experience.
• Ability to work independently and follow a self‑paced online curriculum.
• Commitment to complete the full training programme and attend placement interviews.
