Key responsibilities

• Become the go‑to recruiter for renewable energy roles, managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.
• Source candidates across multiple channels – LinkedIn, social media, phone and email – and build strong relationships with both clients and talent.
• Represent Rise Technical as a brand ambassador, delivering a five‑star service to candidates and hiring managers.
• Network at industry events and client meet‑ups to expand your professional contacts.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary £26,000 plus uncapped commission (up to 45% of revenue).
