Trainer – Employee Onboarding & Development

About the role
As a Trainer at Amazon, you will be responsible for onboarding new hires and upskilling existing associates across our fulfillment network. You will deliver both in‑person and virtual training sessions, ensuring employees understand safety standards, company culture, and site‑specific procedures while fostering a supportive learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality training and coaching aligned with Amazon standards.
- Review and improve site‑training completion rates in partnership with managers and associates.
- Gather feedback to identify opportunities for streamlining the training experience.
- Collaborate with teams to pinpoint additional training and development needs.
- Audit safety, quality, and process metrics across sites.
- Coach associates to become training ambassadors for local teams.
Required profile
- Experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional setting.
- Relevant experience delivering training or coaching in an operational environment.
