Training Coordinator – Events (Hybrid, London)

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Training Coordinator to join the fast‑paced events team at the Knowledge Exchange Group. Based in London with hybrid working, you will turn training concepts into fully delivered courses for public‑sector and private‑sector clients.
Key responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with trainers and industry bodies.
- Negotiate trainer fees and keep projects on budget.
- Work with trainers to shape course content, chasing bios, materials, logos and slides.
- Build course websites and email campaigns.
- Coordinate pre‑event questionnaires to keep content sharp and relevant.
- Secure CPD certification for courses.
- Support delegates with joining instructions, tech troubleshooting and friendly customer service.
- Gather feedback and evaluation post‑course to continuously improve.
- Handle cost and invoice administration.
- Liaise directly with clients on bespoke in‑house training.
Required profile
- At least one year of experience in a professional environment.
- Background in events or training coordination.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling multiple deadlines and a busy inbox.
