Transaction Services Senior Manager

About the role

Pro-Finance is seeking a Transaction Services Senior Manager to join its Transaction Advisory Services team in London. The role is hybrid and offers a fast‑track path to Director for high‑performing candidates. You will work on buy‑side and sell‑side financial due diligence, valuations, financial modelling and capital‑markets support across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence engagements from start to finish.
• Manage multiple transactions simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of reports.
• Review and quality‑check due‑diligence reports, providing commercial insights.
• Collaborate closely with corporate finance, tax and capital‑markets colleagues.
• Develop and mentor junior team members.
• Drive business development, networking and deal origination activities.

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
• Strong experience in financial due diligence, transaction services or related advisory work.
• Confident in leading deals and interacting with senior clients.
• Commercially minded with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ambitious desire to progress within a modern advisory environment.
