Transformation Project Manager – Finance

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Transformation Project Manager to lead the delivery phase of a nine‑month finance transformation programme. The role blends project and programme management, requiring you to bring structure to ambiguity while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of ERP improvements, finance process optimisation and related business change initiatives.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders across the organisation.
• Establish governance, reporting and risk‑management frameworks.
• Drive change‑management activities to secure adoption of new processes and systems.
• Identify and remove blockers to maintain programme momentum.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering transformation programmes in complex or ambiguous settings.
• Finance background (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent experience) preferred.
• Strong Agile, change‑management and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands‑on delivery.
