Transport Administrator – De‑Brief Clerk

About the role

DX Network Services is looking for a friendly, hard‑working Transport Administrator to act as a De‑Brief Clerk. You will support the Shift Manager by completing daily de‑briefs, ensuring high standards of customer service and courier compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Daily completion of de‑briefs, logging service issues and communicating them to Customer Service and management.
• Investigate and escalate driver non‑compliances.
• Use company software to monitor performance and support on‑road issues.
• Ensure returned items are processed according to SOP.
• Download handheld scanner data, report faults, and code returns correctly.
• Perform ad‑hoc vehicle audits and enter POD and address data.

• Friendly, hard‑working individual who enjoys a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to support the Shift Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Attention to detail for accurate data entry and issue logging.
