Transport Area Manager – Transportation Associate Programme (TAP)

About the role

Amazon is looking for a Transport Area Manager to lead a cluster of associates within the Transportation Associate Programme (TAP). You will own shift operations, drive safety, and optimise performance while working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Champion health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with Amazon’s safety programs.
• Engage and motivate the team, fostering a culture of ownership and high performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain process quality and drive continuous improvement.
• Analyse root causes, streamline processes, and share best practices across the network.
• Support rollout of new systems and processes, gathering feedback and reporting daily metrics.
• Act as the accountable person for the Operator License (O License) and ensure fleet and driver compliance.
• Participate in daily operational calls with TOM leadership and travel extensively within the cluster.

Required profile
