Travel Consultant – Luxury Middle East & North Africa

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Travel Consultant to design and deliver luxury journeys to the Middle East and North Africa for our discerning clientele. Based in London, you will work in a hybrid model, combining office collaboration with occasional remote work after successful probation.

Key responsibilities

• Create bespoke itineraries covering hotels, flights, car hire, cruises, tours and day trips.
• Manage the full booking process, from initial client contact through confirmation and post‑trip follow‑up.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners across the target regions.
• Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends and product offerings in the Middle East and North Africa.

Required profile

• Extensive personal travel experience in the Middle East and/or North Africa.
• Proven background in luxury travel sales or reservations.
• Strong sales orientation with a focus on delivering high‑value experiences.
• Excellent communication and client‑relationship skills.
