Travel Consultant – Remote Contract

About the role

Mercor is seeking a remote Travel Consultant to support elite clients with complex personal logistics. You will design long‑term planning tasks, create realistic travel and event scenarios, and evaluate solutions against deterministic rubrics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop long‑horizon planning tasks with clear evaluation criteria for personal logistics.
• Create travel, household logistics, and event‑planning scenarios that include checkable answers.
• Assess multi‑stop trips, contractor shortlists, and move checklists against defined standards.
• Coordinate multi‑party events, balancing availability and location constraints.
• Work independently on challenging tasks that require extended focus sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in travel planning, concierge services, executive support, or project management.
• Proven expertise in complex travel itineraries, contractor shortlisting, household moves, or multi‑party event coordination.
• Ability to produce and interpret logistics artifacts such as itineraries, comparison tables, and checklists.
• Clear written communication with step‑by‑step reasoning.
