Treasury & Accounts Payable Manager

About the role

Equifind Group is looking for a Treasury & Accounts Payable Manager to join its West End based Real Estate Fund. The role offers a clear path for finance professionals to develop their treasury and AP expertise while supporting the Finance Manager and broader commercial team. You will work in a hybrid model, spending three days in the London office and two days remote.

Key responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, ensure accurate coding, approval and compliance with internal controls.
• Onboard new suppliers and maintain up‑to‑date supplier records.
• Reconcile supplier statements, resolve invoice and payment queries, and execute timely payment runs.
• Support month‑end activities including AP reconciliations and accruals.
• Monitor daily cash balances and manage liquidity across fund and SPV bank accounts.
• Prepare and maintain cash‑flow forecasts and process treasury‑related payments and intercompany transfers.
• Assist with banking administration, account maintenance and KYC requirements.
• Contribute to treasury reporting while ensuring compliance with internal controls and procedures.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a finance function, preferably within real estate or investment environments.
• Familiarity with Qube MRI or MRI Horizon systems.
• Basic knowledge of month‑end processes.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to produce meaningful analysis.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to self‑prioritise workload in a fast‑paced environment.
