Treasury Assistant (Temp to Perm)

About the role
This temporary‑to‑permanent position supports the Treasury function of a growing business in Didcot. It is ideal for recent graduates or entry‑level candidates who want hands‑on experience in finance and Treasury operations while working in a hybrid environment (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
Key responsibilities
- Process daily banking transactions, payments, direct debits and standing orders.
- Manage credit‑card transactions, refunds and pro‑forma payment processes.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
- Support cheque processing and broader Treasury administration tasks.
- Assist the finance team with day‑to‑day Treasury activities.
Required profile
- Detail‑oriented and organised with a strong willingness to learn.
- Good Excel skills for data manipulation, sorting, filtering and basic reporting.
- Ability to work confidently with financial data.
- Graduates or candidates with limited experience are welcome.
