About the role
This newly created Trust Operations Co-ordinator position supports a growing multi‑site education organisation. Working closely with senior leaders, you will act as the central hub for coordination across several schools, blending administrative, office‑management and operational duties.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex diaries, calendars and meeting schedules for senior leaders.
- Serve as the central point of contact for staff, stakeholders and external partners.
- Coordinate organisation‑wide meetings, forums, events and conferences.
- Handle central enquiries, inboxes and communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, briefings and key documentation.
- Support the day‑to‑day operation of central hub facilities.
- Arrange room bookings, visitor management and logistics.
- Assist with compliance, safeguarding and health & safety administration.
- Build strong relationships with leaders and teams across multiple locations.
Required profile
- Experience in a senior administration, PA, office manager or operations support role.
Required skills
What we offer
- Permanent contract, 30‑37 hours per week.
- Term‑time + INSET days + 2 weeks during school holidays; 11 of 13 school holiday weeks off.
- Salary range £23,899 – £29,475 (actual) / £32,597 – £35,413 FTE.
- Annual incremental pay progression.
- Predominantly based in Worle, North Somerset.
