UI/UX Designer – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to help train AI models that generate design content. You will evaluate AI‑generated mockups, provide detailed feedback, and guide the models toward better aesthetic and usability standards. This remote contractor position is open to candidates based in the United Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Review and critique AI‑generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visual assets.
• Assess the correctness, performance, and aesthetic quality of AI outputs.
• Provide structured feedback to improve model understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow.
• Collaborate on design‑focused AI training projects and contribute to product visual evaluations.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design.
• Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user‑centered workflows.
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
