UK, ME & Africa Air Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Air Manager to lead business development, customer engagement and campaign execution across the United Kingdom, Middle East and Africa for TEKEVER. The role will be the primary relationship owner with the UK Royal Air Force and will support regional strategy and air‑domain advice for the wider market.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the business development relationship with the RAF, including senior users, capability teams and innovation organisations.
• Identify, shape and progress RAF opportunities from early engagement through tender, bid, contract and delivery hand‑over.
• Maintain awareness of RAF priorities, capability gaps, experimentation activities and procurement routes related to autonomous systems, ISR, EW and air‑enabled effects.
• Act as air‑domain advisor to market leads across the UK, Middle East and Africa, providing guidance on doctrine, air command and control, airspace integration and airworthiness.
• Support customer problem definition, use‑case development and value‑proposition design for air‑related opportunities.
• Assist regional teams in understanding customer force structures, decision‑making routes and procurement behaviours.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing relationships with defence organisations, preferably the RAF.
• Strong understanding of air‑domain operations, autonomous systems and related procurement processes.
• Ability to translate operational knowledge into credible customer engagement and opportunity conversion.
