Underwriting Manager – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to act as an Underwriting Manager and AI Trainer. In this remote, contract‑based position you will help shape AI assistants that support finance teams by reviewing, testing, and improving their responses to complex financial queries.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Validate the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance expertise.
• Challenge models with real‑world edge cases and complex scenarios.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to enhance each AI version.
• Evaluate AI‑generated content for correctness and performance.

Required profile

• Native or bilingual fluency in English.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Advanced degree in finance or business (MBA or higher preferred).
• Professional experience in financial analysis, modeling, or data‑driven decision making.
