Purchasing Specialist – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Specialist to help train AI assistants that support finance professionals. You will evaluate AI‑generated answers, test complex financial scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve model accuracy and reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses on macro‑economic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Validate the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance expertise.
• Challenge models with real‑world edge cases to identify strengths and gaps.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback for each model iteration.
• Design diverse, complex problems for AI chatbots and assess their performance.

Required profile

• Native or bilingual fluency in English.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Advanced finance education (MBA or higher) preferred; Master’s/PhD in progress or completed is a plus.
• Professional experience in financial analysis, modeling, or data‑driven decision making.
