Unity UI/UX Developer

About the role

Rezzil is seeking a mid‑to‑senior Unity UI Developer to turn design concepts into polished, responsive user interfaces for its sports performance and gaming products. You will work closely with design, art and development teams to implement UI that feels sharp, intuitive and production‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Build and implement UI directly in Unity for games and performance applications.
• Convert Figma layouts, wireframes and assets into functional, polished in‑engine UI.
• Create responsive screens, menus, HUDs, onboarding flows, settings, dashboards and interaction states.
• Add animation, transitions, feedback and micro‑interactions to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with game designers to implement player flows, menus and progression screens.
• Develop reusable UI prefabs, components and systems for cross‑product use.
• Connect UI to game systems, data and logic with developers.
• Optimise UI performance for mobile, VR, console and real‑time applications.
• Identify implementation issues early and propose better in‑engine solutions.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Unity UI development.
• Ability to translate Figma designs accurately into Unity.
• Good visual judgement and understanding of game UI flow and player feedback.
• Mid‑to‑senior level experience in real‑time interactive products.

Required skills

• Unity (Canvas, RectTransform, layout groups, prefabs, animation).
• Figma for design hand‑off.
• Responsive UI layout techniques.
• Performance optimisation for mobile, VR and console.
