About the role
We are seeking a compassionate female Care Assistant to join our home‑care team in Hampshire. The role is urgent and requires you to travel between client homes using your own vehicle.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personal care including hygiene, dressing, toileting and bathing.
- Assist clients with mobility, repositioning and bedtime routines.
- Carry out domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, ironing and light gardening.
- Support shopping, pet care and accompany clients on outings.
- Follow each client’s personalised care plan and record activities accurately.
Required profile
- Female candidate with at least 1 year experience in care assistance.
- Valid UK driving licence and own transport.
- Ability to work flexible hours, Monday to Sunday.
- Reside within a 30‑minute commute to Fleet.
