US Tax Senior Associate / Assistant Manager (Remote or Weston‑super‑Mare)

About the role

Phinch is seeking a US Tax Senior Associate or Assistant Manager to join our growing team. You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients, providing compliance and advisory services from either our Weston‑super‑Mare office or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual US tax returns.
• Act as a trusted adviser, handling client queries and IRS correspondence.
• Mentor and train junior team members.
• Provide international tax planning advice, including restructuring investments.
• Advise on tax‑efficient remuneration, business planning and succession strategies.

Required profile

• Enrolled Agent or US CPA qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with US tax return procedures.
