About the role

Join Stellantis &You as a Used Car Sales Advisor at our Peugeot Birmingham North showroom. You will receive comprehensive product training at our Performance Academy and a bespoke induction, so no prior automotive experience is required.

Key responsibilities

• Collect customer and market data to understand needs and preferences.
• Respond promptly to enquiries, address objections and provide accurate quotations.
• Calculate costs, present financing options and close sales in line with targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of customer interactions and sales activity.
• Collaborate with the service and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Strong determination to achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to learn and complete product training.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
