Used Car Sales Executive – Up to £57k OTE

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Used Car Sales Executive to join a busy, successful dealership in Harold Wood. The role involves guiding customers from their first enquiry through to vehicle handover, while maximising earnings through a strong flow of enquiries and a clear commission structure.

Key responsibilities

• Sell used vehicles while delivering first‑class customer service.
• Manage showroom, telephone and online enquiries.
• Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Promote finance, insurance, warranties and other value‑added products.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge across the used vehicle range.
• Complete all sales documentation accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Represent the dealership professionally and enthusiastically.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Car Sales Executive within the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, driven and customer‑focused attitude.
• Professional appearance and approach.
• Full UK driving licence.
