UX/UI Designer (Fully Remote)

About the role

Everywhen, part of the Ardonagh Group, is looking for a UX/UI Designer to join its growing Digital team. The role works closely with Product Managers, developers and stakeholders to turn complex processes into intuitive digital solutions, using research, insight and design thinking. It is fully remote, fixed term (up to 12 months) and pays up to £50,000 per year.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging, user-friendly digital experiences across web-based platforms and products.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity designs in Figma and other tools.
• Contribute to user research, usability testing and validation to inform design decisions.
• Translate complex business requirements and legacy processes into simple, intuitive digital solutions.
• Support and evolve design systems, component libraries and UI standards across multiple brands.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
• Work with Product Managers, developers, stakeholders and external agencies through the design and development lifecycle.
• Produce design documentation and support handover, testing and implementation.

Required profile

• Significant UX/UI design experience, ideally in complex digital environments.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design, usability testing and user research.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Ability to turn business requirements and customer insights into effective digital experiences.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, responsive design and digital best practices.
• Experience in regulated industries, financial services, fintech or similar complex environments is highly beneficial.

Required skills

• Figma, including wireframing, prototyping and interactive design.
• User flows, sitemaps, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Advantageous: familiarity with front-end principles (HTML, CSS, component-based design).
