Venue Cleaner – Full‑time Housekeeping Role

About the role

Join Parkdean Resorts’ housekeeping team as a Venue Cleaner. No prior experience is required – we’ll provide a buddy and full training so you can keep our holiday parks sparkling for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Perform early‑morning cleaning of venues and complex areas before opening to meet high guest standards.
• Maintain cleaning targets and ensure all areas are tidy, well‑maintained and welcoming.
• Collaborate with the Complex Manager to enhance guest experience and feedback scores.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely in line with COSHH guidelines.

Required profile

• Positive attitude, passion for hospitality and team spirit.
• Willingness to work flexible shift patterns.
• Ability to follow health and safety procedures, including background checks where required.

Required skills

• Safe handling and use of cleaning materials according to COSHH.
